Childcare Information

Childcare is provided at 5 of our 7 locations:

Arab

Boaz

Crossville

Guntersville

Rainbow City

 

• Children must be at least 1 year old and up to 11 years old. At 12 years old, they can have a membership with their parents.

• Children without membership are not allowed in the gym unless it's during childcare hours. Meaning children cannot “sit” with you while you work out. If a member is found in the gym with a child, not on their way to the childcare room during childcare hours, you can lose your membership.

• Children snacks: there is a list of allowed snacks you can send with your children. Please ask for this when you bring your child.

• Children that are sick are not allowed to come. Children must be fever-free WITHOUT medication for at least 24 hours before they can come to the gym. We will call you and send you both home.

• Childcare is an additional charge of $10 per month for the 1st child and an additional $5 per child per month after that.
