Childcare Information
Childcare is provided at 5 of our 7 locations:
Arab
Boaz
Crossville
Guntersville
Rainbow City

Children must be at least 1 year old and up to 11 years old. At 12 years old, they can have a membership with their parents.

Children without membership are not allowed in the gym unless it's during childcare hours. This means that children cannot “sit” with you while you work out. You can lose your membership if a member is found in the gym with a child, not on their way to the childcare room during childcare hours.

Children's snacks: there is a list of allowed snacks you can send with your children. Please ask for this when you bring your child.

Children who are sick are not allowed to come. Children must be fever-free WITHOUT medication for at least 24 hours before they can come to the gym. We will call you and send you both home.

Childcare is an additional charge of $10 per month for the 1st child and an additional $5 per child per month after that.
